Agreement: Welcome to UniPlay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UniPlay desktop utility operated by UniPlay LTD (Company No. 17099417), registered in England and Wales. By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
UniPlay provides a lightweight gaming utility that moves idle
background processes out of physical RAM when you launch a game,
freeing up memory for your game. Pro features include the Session
Ledger, Per-Game Settings, and Balanced Mode.
2. Subscription Tiers & Feature Parity
We offer Pro access via Monthly and Annual subscription tiers. Both plans unlock identical premium features, including:
Advanced Ledger:Full session history showing RAM reclaimed per
game, per session, with a running total. Free users see the
total counter only — Pro unlocks the complete breakdown.
Per-Game Settings: Per-Game Settings: Choose Safe or Balanced trim mode for each
game in your library — UniPlay saves your preference
automatically for every future launch.
Balanced Mode: Moves more idle background processes — Discord,
Spotify, NVIDIA services — out of physical RAM on launch,
giving your game more breathing room.
3. Payments and Merchant of Record
All payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy, LLC (the "Merchant of Record").
Billing & Renewals: Both Monthly and Annual subscription tiers recur automatically at the end of their respective billing cycles. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Account Hub.
Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery of digital performance optimizations and system-level analytics, we offer a 7-day technical guarantee. Refunds are issued only if the software fails to provide core functionality on your hardware.
Statutory Waiver: By purchasing a subscription, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer regulations is waived once the service has been initiated.
4. Intellectual Property
All software code (Rust/Tauri), technical architectures, and proprietary assets are the exclusive property of UniPlay LTD. You may not modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the "Scout Thread" or the analytics logic.
5. Limitation of Liability
UniPlay LTD is not liable for indirect damages or hardware-specific performance issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.
