Terms of Service

Welcome to UniPlay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UniPlay desktop utility and services (the "Service"), operated by UniPlay LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17099417).

1. The Service

UniPlay provides a high-performance gaming library utility featuring technical optimizations (the "Scout Thread"), CSS-based UI customization ("Theme Store"), and digital reward systems ("Rarity Drops").

2. UniPlay Pro Subscriptions

We offer UniPlay Pro via both Monthly and Lifetime subscription tiers. Both tiers provide identical access to the following premium features:

• Custom System Themes: Access to a curated library of advanced technical visual styles and UI enhancements.
• Enhanced Reward Rates: A statistical multiplier applied to the UniPlay Drop Table, increasing the probability of receiving Rare, Epic, and Sovereign tier UI modifications.

3. Reward Systems & Social Features

Nature of Rewards

UniPlay "Drops" (Accent Colors, Custom Icons, Animated UI States) are digital-only cosmetic enhancements for the UniPlay interface. They have no real-world monetary value.

Probability & Steam ID

By using the Service, you acknowledge that rewards are distributed via a randomized system. "Pro" status increases these probabilities but does not guarantee specific results. To facilitate social features and reward verification, UniPlay may utilize your publicly available Steam ID. No private Steam credentials or payment data are ever accessed or stored by UniPlay LTD.

Social Sharing

Users may use the "Vault" system to equip rewards and share their "High-Status" visual recognition with friends. Harassment or abuse of social sharing features is grounds for account termination.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

All payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy, LLC (the "Merchant of Record").

• Billing: You agree to the pricing presented at checkout. Monthly subscriptions recur automatically until cancelled.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of CSS themes and the immediate application of drop-rate multipliers, we offer a 7-day technical guarantee only if the software fails to launch. Once "Pro" features are consumed or "Drops" are generated, refunds are at our sole discretion.

Statutory Waiver: By clicking 'Buy' or 'Subscribe', you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel under consumer regulations is waived once the service has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All software code (Rust/Tauri), CSS Theme architectures, and proprietary assets are the exclusive property of UniPlay LTD. You may not modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the "Scout Thread" or the Theme Store logic.

6. Limitation of Liability

UniPlay LTD is not liable for any indirect damages or hardware performance issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.
